Case Background

We represented Richard who was injured while closing a gate fence in San Diego. He had a head injury. We filed a lawsuit against the defendants. The defendants argued they were not responsible. Investigation was difficult because the same actors controlled the evidence for all defendants. We filed multiple motions. As a result, we got what we needed.
