I have never met a law firm like Lehr Law. Never. Lehr Law both worked on my case and fought for me like they were fighting for themselves or for their families. If it weren’t for Lehr Law, I would have lost EVERYTHING, including my home. First of all, without ever having met me in person, Jessica, at the last minute, appeared at hearing on my behalf, due to my no longer having legal representation because my former attorney took my money and dumped me. Jessica and Adam decided to take my case and spent every day, all day, weekends, and nights working to meet a fast-approaching deadline. I know this for a fact, for they contacted me during these times to gain information from me. Jessica and Adam came to my home on Father’s Day to assess damage done to my home. Not only that, every time the Defense and their team came out to my home, Jessica and Adam were there. We represented Winifred for water damage to her home in San Diego. The source was an HOA pipe break. Her prior “HOA specialist” attorney dropped her. We took it on pro bono. Our investigation was routinely denied by the HOA. We filed multiple motions. The court granted them.

HOA cases are hard. Defendants routinely delay and deny access to evidence. It takes a court order to get it and that requires real work. HOA attorneys tend to be lazy and take advantage of their clients that pay hourly. Clients usually see billing, not progress. This is unacceptable.
